Pai Modern House Hotel

The location next to the river was fantastic for a refreshing swim. The double room with a hammock made us feel at home. The staff was kind and friendly.

i had a very lovely stay at this modern hotel. the location in a calm area was stunning and there were a night market and a market nearby. street food restaurant queen falafel was 500 metres away from the place.

Rooms were so dirty.

Our great value room was complete with hammock. And the facilities were sufficient! The staff were amicable and nice.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the night market, the bamboo bridge, and numerous bars and restaurants, and it's just a short walk from Pai Siam Gallery.

Lovely stay at Pai Modern House. The owner was amazing - so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good with a different meal served daily. The location was fantastic, surrounded by very nice countryside. The private balcony with a hammock was perfect for relaxation. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, the overall experience was great. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The twin/double room had multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area; the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and active.

Our stay in the green and quiet cabin was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the hammock on the balcony. The lush garden was well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided us with free water, toast with peanut butter and jelly, and fresh fruit. The key location offered us easy access to the nearby walking street.

We wished that housekeeping would be a little more attentive and clean the cabin more frequently. The cabin was not always equipped with clean towels and toiletries, which we had to ask for.

The service at Pai Modern House was really good. The owner were really nice too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She provided a delicious breakfast every morning and was always there to assist us. The bungalows were clean and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the walking street and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cozy accommodations.

Stayed in a traditional bungalow surrounded by stunning nature that was just breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and the service quick. Loved the privacy of the balcony to relax and enjoy nature. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the walking street and all the city attractions were just a few minutes away.

The fan was very loud and wasn't adequate enough for the comfort of my room. the room had a damp feel to it, and the ants were a bit of an issue, but it's understandable given that the property is located in a rural area.

I loved staying at this hotel by the river, surrounded by fields and nature in a rural area. The huts were beautifully clean and had great hotel facilities including mosquito nets, a fridge, a fan, and a hammock on every porch. the breakfast was a nice surprise with delicious help-yourself Nutella, peanut butter and other yummy spreads. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and always provided great service.

We were actually surprised to find cozy blankets waiting for us after a night out. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the mosquito net that provided a peaceful night's sleep. The green garden and quiet atmosphere added to the charm of the place. We also enjoyed the free amenities like water, bananas, and access to the kitchen. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional issues with cleanliness and some ants, we found the value and overall experience to be excellent. I highly recommend staying at this lovely and convenient hotel.
